Living Well – Making life work for you

healthy iconWe all want to get the best out of life and to live well, but for many of us there are just too many things that get in the way, and then we feel bad about it. But things don’t need to be this way.

Why not try one of the health focussed wellbeing sessions at the Lighthouse Project under the banner of Living Well, making life work for you.

They are working with the local health trainers and living well coaches from Biglife Group to run a number of 1 hour short courses

Starting on Friday 30th Jan at 11am, with Stress, Anxiety and Relaxation.

Dates for the follow-on sessions: all sessions start at 11am

Wednesday 4th Feb – Food for Mood – getting the balance of good health

Wednesday 11th Feb – Exercise for Mood – exploring the benefits of exercise

Friday 13th Feb – Staying healthy cooking sessions
